SpamWeed inplements Bayesian spam filter and other state-of-the-art anti spam technologies in a powerful yet easy to use way. It calculates the spam probability of every incoming email and based on the probability, SpamWeed moves mail to either "junk mail" or "legitimate mail" folder.

SpamWeed learns not only what spam looks like but also about the good mail you receive and the learning leads to improved classification over time. Using "move to legitimate mail" and "move to junk mail" buttons, it is easy to correct SpamWeed when it makes a mistake. An easily accessible whitelist of senders makes sure mails from certain important addresses never get filtered.

SpamWeed works with all POP3 email clients (Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Incredimail, Pegasus Mail and others) and support Hotmail directly. It also provides spam filtering addons for Outlook and Outlook Express seperately.
