We try our best to improve product quality and offer fastest and most efficient customer support. If you have any problem while using SpamWeed, please use the following facilities to acquire help:

SpamWeed Online Help System (please click here)
In most cases, the online help system is your fastest route to solve SpamWeed related problems. Please always consider using the online help system first, whenever you have problems. If the online system does not solve your problem, please let us know and we will help you as soon as possible and improve the online system accordingly.
Send Support Request to Our Helpdesk
If the online help system does not solve your problem. Please use SpamWeed Support Wizard to send a support request to us. The support wizard is very important in solving technical problems, because it sends all necessary diagnostic data (for example, what is your Windows version, and is there any error happened during SpamWeed operation) to us. If using the Support Wizard is not possible due to some technical problems, you may email to us: We guarantee that all support requests will be processed on the same or next business day.
Instant Messaging and Remote Desktop
If you encounter a difficult problem, we may help you through instant messaging and remote desktop tools. Currently we support these messaging systems: MSN, Skype and Google Talk. To request an instant help session, please write an email to support@spamweed.com, tell us the IM system of your choice (MSN, Skype or GTalk), and your contact ID on the chosen system. Please note that:
  • This facility is still under development. It may require some technical knowledge to use remote desktop. But we will try our best to help you.
  • Instant help is available from 10am to 10pm (UTC+8, China Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind the time differences!
Backup Communication Channel
If you don't receive our reply within 48 hours (except in public holidays), it might be caused by inappropriate server side spam filtering (which is outside of our control), or transient network/server failure. In such case, please email to the following addresses:
